There is so much truth here, Louisa. I’ve had to take a little break from being uncomfortable recently, just to regroup. But I can feel the stirrings starting - evolution is happening even though I’m being quiet and soft. Life has its seasons, doesn’t it?
It sure does. I find I’m able to witness my own ebb and flow more clearly now I’m older. The key is to relax into them, trying not to control outcomes but instead let the river of life carry us to our destination without too much kicking and screaming. Then making the best of whatever situation we find ourselves in when we get there. Hope you’re ok.
